Pas Normal Studios is a brand of contemporary technical cycling apparel and casual clothing. Founded in 2015, we are based in Copenhagen, Denmark, where we are moving to a cool new location in Nordhavn above our new flagship store.
The concept of Pas Normal Studios is to create technically perfect cycling apparel combined with visionary aesthetics. Through innovative designs, brand collaborations and sourcing of new textiles and production methods, Pas Normal Studios strives to bring out collections that define modern cycling in a new context. We focus on sustainable growth throughout Europe, Asia and North America. Right now, we are looking for a dedicated colleague with a passion for cycling that can help us develop our sponsorship strategy and take things to the next level for our brand.

Responsible for the development and delivery of the global sponsorship strategy which includes a Pro Cycling Team. Develop and execute the overall sponsorship strategy
Manage the Pro Cycling Team partnership including relationship/rights/activation across all markets
Drive, in close conjunction with the marketing team the development of integrated marketing plans and execute/coordinate them accordingly in close interaction with linked departments and markets.
Build, foster and drive relationships with current and future partners
Ensure local market involvement, relationship management, leverage of contractual rights and servicing excellence
Drive the activation process of rights granted by the contracts and bring them to a new level
Create and monitor KPI’s, take remedial action & recommendations
Manage and monitor budget
Manage all relevant internal and external agencies from briefing to execution to reporting
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
To be successful in the role and to contribute to the future success of Pas Normal Studios we believe you need the following skills & abilities:
University degree ideally in sport management, marketing
4-5 years of relevant work experience either in marketing/sponsorship in the sports industry or consumer brands
Successful track record in sports/sponsorship/partnership activation
Strong project management and organizational skills
Strategic as well as executional skills
Global mind set – respect and understanding of diverse cultures and values
Ability to work independently
Fluent in English, ideally with a second European language (written and oral)
A passion for cycling
Copenhagen, Denmark with minimum 30% travel (flexible home working)

Additional information and your application
