Your main objectives

Take ownership of and develop our in-house production capabilities, both in the short term and long term, as our Part-Time In-House Photographer. Your primary focus will be on executing captivating on-model e-commerce photo shoots and developing engaging D2C content for newsletter and landing pages.

  • Campaign Production Assistance: Provide valuable assistance in select CMP productions to contribute to seamless execution.

  • DAM Platform Management: Take responsibility for managing and updating our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform to ensure content organization.

This role will be reporting to the Campaign & Content Manager and you will join a truly international and diverse team based across the European, US and Asian Markets with most of us in Pas Normal Studios' global headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark.

You are a self-driven individual with a visionary mindset, recognizing the potential in owning and developing our in-house capabilities both in the short term and long term. Your passion for photography, especially in the context of cycling, is complemented by your commitment to being organized and thorough. Additionally, whether self-taught or in the early stages of your photography career, you bring a meticulous approach to your work.

You possess first-hand experience from previous studio work, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the technical setup and substantial knowledge of post-production processes. You enjoy and understand how to work with the commercial side of our product, and you bring a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
