Marketing Activation Manager, North America 

Are you a community-builder motivated by creating impactful moments and relations in the world of cycling? We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Activation Manager to join our growing team in San Francisco.            

 

 

The Position – Marketing Activation Manager

As our Marketing Activation Manager your primary focus will be building our community through activating sponsorships and managing our ambassadors.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Creating and executing the NA activation plan

  • Formulating and executing activation strategies for major events and teams

  • Grow and manage our ICC and ambassador network

  • Establishing an ICC community in pivotal cities through rides, events, and ambassador engagement

  • Facilitating wholesale and retail activation in key cities

 

You will be reporting to our US General Manager, and you will join the Pas Normal Studios team in San Francisco. Here you will take on the responsibility for all our activations plans, ICC community and our ambassador network in NA.

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is working with marketing within the cycling industry and is an outgoing person with strong networking and relationship-building skills. You enjoy working proactively, possesses a strong commercial mindset, and has a strong and structured work ethic.

 

You are a self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, recognizing the potential in owning and developing our marketing activation both in the short term and long term. Your passion for marketing especially in the context of cycling, is complemented by your commitment to being organized and thorough.
