Production Manager

The philosophy of Pas Normal Studios is to create technically perfect cycling apparel combined with visionary aesthetics. Through innovative designs, brand collaborations, and sourcing of new textiles and production methods, Pas Normal Studios strives to bring about collections that define modern cycling in a new context.

The Pas Normal Studios team currently has 28 members, who are highly passionate about cycling, the brand, and the significant opportunity for growth with which we are faced. The organisation operates globally with its own retail, wholesale, production, and growing E-commerce, currently spanning 25+ markets across 6 continents, building international relations and developing a strong international presence. The culture is informal and entrepreneurial; characterised by the company still being in the early stages of its global growth journey. We seek to maintain an action-oriented and agile team with room for a bike ride during office hours and a good laugh.

On this basis, we are strengthening the organisation with several new hires. For a newly established position, we are now looking for a Demand and Supply Chain Coordinator

The Position

Reporting to the Head of Production and Supply Chain, you will join Pas Normal Studios production department, which oversees production and supply chain. The department is accountable for all Value Chain business (Design, sourcing, manufacturing, transport and logistics), from early idea, innovation projects, operations, optimization and final production order. As Production Manager, you will be responsible for the overall production budget, communication with manufacturers and ensuring timelines and delivery for all collections. You will also be working closely with the design and production team to ensure that our collections achieve the required styles, production standards and sustainability, MOQs and pricing along with initial timelines.


  • Oversee all production and budgets.

  • Ensure the Pas Normal Studios yearly wheel is tracked, and timelines are kept.

  • Support, assist and have hands-on with the rest of the design and production team.

  • Lead, organize, oversee and budget control new collections and new developments.

  • Form partnerships and close connections with manufacturers and vendors.

  • Enroll in sustainable fabrics and production.

  • Meet design, development, samples and bulk production deadlines.

  • Ensure bulk delivery is accounted for and shipped with the inventory team.

  • Control manufacturing landscape and fabric vendors in order to improve shipping sustainability.


The ideal candidate is passionate about the production landscape and has experience in communication with global manufacturers and vendors. Additionally, you have a strong sense of perspective and enable you to keep your head cool in time-pressured scenarios. You can lead and organize a team and ensure that timelines are kept.

You also have:

  • + 3 years of experience in the production of sports or outdoor apparel.

  • Passion for cycling, energetic and can-do attitude.

  • Excellent time and organizational skills.

  • Dynamic and extrovert personality.

  • Work well under challenging deadlines.

  • Experience with managing a team and assistant.

  • Experience with internal and external cross-functional collaboration.

  • Solid knowledge of process optimization and understanding of the entire value chain.

  • Fluent in English and Danish - other languages are a plus.

  • A relevant educational background.

  • A genuine interest in cycling will be an advantage.

The role will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and you must expect up to 15 days of annual travel activity.
