We guarantee every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, write to us and we will provide you with the necessary return shipping information. You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return any products. You must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by Pas Normal Studios.
Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn, with their tags, and in the original packaging. Any faulty item can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. washed, soiled, or damaged), will not be refunded and be sent back to you. If the item has been used, a specific assessment will be made as to whether the item can be sold to another customer.

Contact our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) for return shipping options and specify "Refund" along with your order number in the subject header. We offer shipping labels on all returns (€15 International) where you will be sent a payment link in this regard. Please fill out the return slip to be included with your returned goods (download here).
Some bundles offer a free product with the purchase of two or more specified products. Bundles can only be fully refunded if all items making up the bundle are returned. If one or more products within the bundle, including the free product, are not returned, we will deduct the value of each individual product that is not returned from your refund.

We require that you bring any faulty item purchased with one of our retailers, back to the respective retailer, as they will then evaluate the claim and assist with the replacement.

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct item. The purchase price for the returned item will be refunded using the same payment method as used for the order.
