US Sales & Activation Manager

The vision of Pas Normal Studios is to inspire a global cycling movement, embracing the Nordic cycling culture and lifestyle. Creating innovative designs and brand collaborations. Encourage and motivate cyclist around the world through our International Cycling Club.

The Pas Normal Studios team currently has 30 members, who are highly passionate about cycling, the brand, and the significant growth opportunity we face. The organization operates globally with own retail, wholesale, production and growing E-commerce, spanning 25+ markets across 6 continents, building international relations and developing a strong international presence. We thus focus on sustainable growth throughout Europe, Asia and North America.

The culture is informal and entrepreneurial and characterized by the company still being in the early stages of its global growth journey. We seek to maintain an action-oriented and agile team with room for a bike ride during office hours and a good laugh. 

On this basis, we are strengthening the organization with several new hires. For a newly established position, we are now looking for a US Sales & Activation Manager to join an upcoming US Sales and Marketing organization which will also entail a roll-out of Flagships stores with San Francisco as the first stop.

The Position

Reporting to the Head of Global Sales, you will join a small team of action-oriented and passionate Sales colleagues at Pas Normal Studios, who has the responsibility for the Global Retail and Wholesale Operations in the company.

In this position you will be fully dedicated to growing the US wholesale market sales channel expansion and topline and are thus a key part in continuing the sustainable growth trajectory of Pas Normal Studios. 

Your responsibilities encompass maintaining and developing the US wholesale platform in accordance with the growth strategy to gain a solid foothold on the US market. Supported by the roll-out of own Retail channels and strong marketing activities, you will play a key role in driving topline growth in the US market.

Furthermore, you will master a strong customer focus and ensure that the Pas Normal Studios vibe is created in communities around the US through activations. 


  • Collaborate with Head of Global Sales to develop the US wholesale strategy.

  • Define and own initiatives to drive US wholesale top line growth including expansion on sales channel level.

  • Management of daily tasks and requests from wholesale clients across the US

  • Work together with sales managers to produce seasonal sales tools (training manuals, PR, etc.)

  • On-site activation with selected wholesalers and support on US Flagship Store(s) activations 

  • Endorse best-in-class customer experience at all wholesale touchpoints

  • General ad hoc tasks

  • Work closely with newly established Marketing and Flagship Store teams within the US


The ideal candidate is operating successfully in the Wholesale / Retail universe and passionate about driving growth and physical presence for one of the strongest and fastest growing brands in the cycling world.

We are thus looking for an outstanding candidate with a well assorted and updated toolbox and approximately five years of experience with driving successful Wholesale / Retail growth within B2B from similar business environment.

In addition, you also have:

  • Solid experience with managing B2B clients as well as optimising the Customer Experience across all touchpoints.

  • Solid experience with analysing markets including an extensive network to utilize market insights 

  • Experience with managing Sales operations including customs documents and coordination of sales activities.

  • Experience with internal cross-functional collaboration.

  • Fluent in English - other languages are a plus.

  • An educational background including minimum a bachelor’s degree in economics or similar.

  • A passionate and genuine interest in cycling in necessary.

The role will preferably be based in California, San Francisco, but can also be remote.
